Remote Notarizing

I can offer remote notarization for documents ensuring a seamless and secure process for your important documents.

I have taken advanced training on trusts and estates so that I can better serve the public and estate planning professionals in the skillful presentation and execution of estate and trust documents.

Competitive Prices

Prices for notarization are set by Florida state law, so you will never be charged more than law allows.  Any travel costs will be negotiated.

Notarizing the Documents

Notarial acts I can perform are:

  • Administer oaths or affirmations

  • Take acknowledgements

  • Attest to photocopies

  • Verify vehicle identification numbers

  • Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box

  • Solemnize marriages

Identity Verification

When doing a remote notarization, the signer is identified by automated methods, including KBA and electronic verification.  All transactions are secure. For In-person notarization, the verification is done by me.

Give Legal Advice

I cannot explain forms to you or tell you which type of notary certificate should be used. Consult an attorney for legal advice.  I am not an attorney and cannot advise you,

The signer must be mentally competent and willing to sign the document without being pressured by someone else.

These must be completely filled in and signed by the Notary.

Only the County Clerk/Recorder can certify a copy of records in their possession.

Notarize an Incomplete Document

The document to be notarized must be completely filled in for me to notarize it. Any blanks must be filled in by the signer.

The signer must speak and understand English.  An interpreter cannot be used.
